SAJMIR ("SAM") OSMANAJ, MBA | Managing Director

Sam possesses more than 10 years in real estate investments, brokerage, assurance/auditing, due diligence, financial and risk analysis, taxation, construction and real estate development, entertainment industry, and non-for-profit industry. His responsibilities at Hudson Capital Fund are to analyze the feasibility of all endeavors that Hudson undertakes and to execute its core strategy which is to achieve a great rate of return while maintaining a conservative level of risk. A decisive leader with proven success in market identification and positioning, Sam provides exceptional services to his clientele.
Establishing client confidence, 
artfully negotiating, and providing guidance throughout the process is the reason why Sam's clients are referral based. His fluid creative style also contributes to him being a gifted problem solver and allows him to work efficiently through complicated deals in order to carry them through to closing. 

For several years Sam has served and continues to hold an important managing executive positions. Prior to Hudson, Sam was the Chief Financial Officer & COO for one of the largest Real Estate Development and Construction Groups in Eastern Europe named Millennium Group. Prior to Millennium Group, Sam for many years held a senior level position at O'Connor Davies, LLP and Conroy, Smith & Co. 

Sam graduated from Adelphi University with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in Finance and Investments, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) with degree in Finance and Investment from Baruch College, City University of New York. 
Sam is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and New York.

ALEX POMERANTSEV, CPA | Financial & Tax Director
Alex possesses more than 10 years of experience in advising private equity/venture capital funds and specializes in providing federal and state tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, and closely-held and emerging-growth companies in the broadcasting, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, shipping, technology, professional services, and venture capital industries. 
Alex has considerable knowledge of international, choice of entity, initial structuring, state and local, equity compensation, succession planning and transaction tax matters. Alex is also an substantial investor of the Hudson’s portfolio. 
Prior to joining the Fund, Alex spent nearly 8 years in managing the tax department of a large management and consulting company located in New York City.
Alex graduated from Baruch College, City University of New York with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) with degree in Finance and Investment and with B.B.A in Accounting. Alex for many years has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited from State of New York. Alex is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of New York.

ANDI COMO | Executive Director
Andi Como is an Executive Director and a member of the firm's investment committee. Prior to joining Hudson in 2017, Andi was Vice President of RBC Capital Markets where he was focused on the firm's hedge fund solution business. At RBC, which he joined in 2006, Andi oversaw credit investing, managed and monitored exposures to hedge funds and covered some of the most well regarded funds around the globe. Prior to that, Andi was a Portfolio Manager and Trader focusing on high-yield portfolios. Andi started his career at Citigroup in 2000 and also spent time early in his career in startups. Andi has a B.A. degree from Middlebury College and MBA degree from Yale School of Management. 

WALTER DROBENKO, Esq | Legal Counsel, Attorney
Walter Drobenko graduated with a Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1988.  He was admitted to both New York and New Jersey State Bar in 1990, and he was admitted to U.S. District Court Eastern and Southern District of New York in 1991 and 1998, respectively. Walter Drobenko has over 22 years of experience in numerous areas such as:
- Real Estate Law: representing clients in the sale or purchase of residential cooperative or condominium units, commercial multi-unit buildings, office space buildings, and shopping centers, as well as preparing and reviewing commercial leases.
- Hospitality industry: representing clients in the hotel and restaurant industry.  Walter Drobenko has personal hands on experience with real estate management and management and operations of restaurants.
- General Civil and Commercial Litigation: representing clients as a defendant or plaintiff in a variety of commercial cases, handling the cases from inception of the case to bench or jury trial, and participating in commercial arbitration and administrative hearings;
- Tort Litigation:  representing clients as Plaintiff or defendant in cases involving intentional torts, negligence, product liability and personal injury.
- Business and Corporate Law:  representing client with the formation of partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, and corporations in various corporate matters, including partnership agreements, by-sell agreements, business management contracts, contracts, drafting letters of credit, shareholder agreements and bankruptcy.
- Wills, Trusts and Estates: representing clients with drafting of wills, estate planning, trusts, probate and administration of domestic and international estates, will contests and contested administrations.
Walter Drobenko serves as a member of Board of Directors for a Not For Profit School that educates children with learning and social disabilities. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.
